Los factores relacionados con el estilo de vida pueden ayudarle a mejorar sus niveles de colesterol&#8230; sin receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque los alimentos que ingerimos (colesterol diet\u00e9tico) pueden influir en nuestros niveles de colesterol, el h\u00edgado produce el colesterol de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo reducir mi colesterol con la dieta?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se indican algunas medidas sencillas que puede tomar para reducir el colesterol a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos que ingiere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00f1ada m\u00e1s fibra soluble a su dieta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limite el consumo de grasas saturadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evite las grasas trans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coma comidas equilibradas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u00f1adir fibra soluble a su dieta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumo regular de fibra soluble puede ayudarle a administrar su salud digestiva. La fibra soluble a\u00f1ade agua a su intestino, reduciendo el estre\u00f1imiento y ayudando a que florezcan las bacterias buenas. Se recomienda consumir al menos 25 gramos de fibra al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos alimentos ricos en fibra soluble son las alubias negras, las verduras como el boniato y el br\u00f3coli, las pipas de girasol, la avena y frutas como el aguacate y la manzana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grasas saturadas e insaturadas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las grasas alimentarias son importantes para que el organismo funcione correctamente. Hay dos tipos principales de grasas alimentarias: saturadas e insaturadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las grasas saturadas suelen ser s\u00f3lidas a temperatura ambiente y pueden provocar obstrucciones o endurecimiento de las arterias. Las grasas insaturadas son mucho m\u00e1s saludables: permanecen l\u00edquidas a temperatura ambiente y se desplazan f\u00e1cilmente por el torrente sangu\u00edneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede obtener grasas insaturadas saludables de alimentos como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aceitunas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frutos secos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aguacates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pescados grasos (salm\u00f3n, sardinas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carnes magras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e1cteos bajos en grasa (incluido el queso)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceites de cocina m\u00e1s saludables, como el de aguacate o el de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre grasas saludables <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oviahealth.com\/guide\/100899\/what-you-should-know-about-fats\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumir demasiadas grasas saturadas puede aumentar los niveles de colesterol.
