The anti-oxidants in blueberries are also excellent for helping to boost your fertility.<\/p>\n<h2>Recipe for pumpkin blueberry muffins in no time<\/h2>\n<p>Yields: 12<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>Wet<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 c. minus 1 tsp plain, unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 and 1\/2 c. pumpkin puree<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c. maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tb. canola oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. almond extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dry<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c. quick oats (gluten-free if needed), ground as finely as possible in a food processor<\/li>\n<li>1 and 1\/2 tb. ground psyllium husk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. ground nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>~1\/2 c. frozen blueberries (do not thaw)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 375<\/li>\n<li>In one bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until the oil is incorporated<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Gently add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together only as much as needed to combine them \u2013 do not overmix<\/li>\n<li>Gently fold in the blueberries<\/li>\n<li>Scoop about 1\/4 cup of the mixture into each space in a greased muffin tin<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20 minutes at 375, then reduce the oven to 350 and bake about 15 more minutes or until done, but no more than 20 more minutes<\/li>\n<li>Let cool at least 10 minutes before eating<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pumpkin blueberry muffins image and recipe reprinted with permission from www.yupitsvegan.com and www.healthyaperture.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pumpkin is among the best fertility-boosting foods as it&#8217;s packed with an extraordinary amount of Vitamin A, which is necessary for your body producing healthy eggs.
