Eating things like oatmeal could also help you manage any nausea or morning sickness that you are noticing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><\/strong>1<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"resource-content\">\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup old fashioned oats<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water (as a variation, you could use \u00bd water and \u00bd milk of your choice)<\/li>\n<li>pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (lightly toasted or not)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon flaxseed meal (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon maple syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Place oats,water and pinch of salt in a pan over medium heat and cook until soft and ready \u2013 about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Place the oatmeal in a serving bowl and add the flaxseed meal if using, and stir to combine. Next, add the chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds.
