As far as pregnancy foods go, it just really doesn&#8217;t get any better than this. &#8216;En papillote&#8217; is the French way of saying that the ingredients are wrapped up in parchment paper to cook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 2<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"resource-content\">\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A heaping of dill<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 lemons<\/li>\n<li>Salmon Fillet \u2013 1 lb. or so<\/li>\n<li>Parchment paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Set out the salmon and preheat the oven to 400 degrees<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper the salmon<\/li>\n<li>Add sliced lemons and dill on top of salmon<\/li>\n<li>Cut out&nbsp;parchment paper in the shape of a heart (think Valentine&#8217;s day, not an anatomically correct heart). It should be large enough to fit the salmon on one side, with a little room to spare.
