and mean, and strengthen your body for labor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"resource-content\">\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup soy sauce (low salt) or coconut aminos<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1 pound of beef strips cut for stir-fry, such as top round beef<\/li>\n<li>About 10 baby carrots, cut into strips or sliced thin<\/li>\n<li>6 ounces of snow peas, string removed<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch of green onions, sliced (white and light green parts only)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon sesame seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine soy sauce (or coconut aminos,) sugar, garlic and ginger in a small bowl and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add beef to skillet in batches and cook for about 3 minutes or until browned and cooked through.<\/li>\n<li>Remove beef from pan and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Add vegetables and sauce to skillet and cook over medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add green onions and cook for 1 minute more.<\/li>\n<li>Return beef
