Debes obtener aproximadamente 1000 mg de calcio por d&iacute;a, el cual equivale a 3 o 4 porciones de productos l&aacute;cteos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&iquest;C&oacute;mo ayuda el calcio durante el embarazo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En lo que el cuerpo de Beb&eacute; se desarrolla, el calcio es esencial para los huesos fuertes y un coraz&oacute;n sano. Los beb&eacute;s toman el calcio de los huesos de las mam&aacute;s si hay una cantidad insuficiente en el flujo de alimento, por lo que una dieta equilibrada es especialmente importante para minimizar el riesgo para ti y Beb&eacute;. Es una parte tan fundamental de tu dieta, que mientras est&aacute;s embarazada, tienes una capacidad intr&iacute;nseca de absorber m&aacute;s calcio de los alimentos, particularmente en la segunda mitad del embarazo cuando su desarrollo de huesos es r&aacute;pido. El calcio tambi&eacute;n ayuda a prevenir da&ntilde;o de huesos durante la lactancia, cuando necesitas calcio extra para la leche materna y tu cuerpo produce menos estr&oacute;geno para proteger tus huesos.<\/p>\n<p>Suficiente calcio durante el embarazo tambi&eacute;n se ha demostrado que ayuda a protegerte contra la osteoporosis m&aacute;s adelante en vida.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&iquest;Cu&aacute;les son algunas buenas fuentes de calcio?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yogur:<\/strong>  8 onzas de yogur de fruta satisface aproximadamente &#8531; de tus requerimientos diarios de calcio. &iexcl;Es deliciosa por s&iacute; solo, pero tambi&eacute;n lo puedes mezclar en un refrescante batido de frutas!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leche:<\/strong> Muchos ni&ntilde;os te dir&aacute;n que la leche les ayuda a crecer grandes y fuertes, pero tal vez no sepan que es por el alto contenido en calcio. 8 onzas de leche descremada tiene 300 mg de calcio, &iexcl;as&iacute; que b&eacute;bela normal o agr&eacute;gala a tu cereal de la ma&ntilde;ana!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queso:<\/strong>Hay muchos platillos que puedes rematar con un pu&ntilde;ado de queso, &iexcl;o tal vez simplemente derrocharlo sobre una pizza!
