It\u2019s so hard to know, but for many people, this may be the last routine check-up before labor starts or a scheduled birth occurs. It\u2019s another opportunity for your OB provider to check in on your health, and for you to ask any lingering or new questions about your birth plan and recovery. This is also a great appointment to talk about ways to nudge labor along if you\u2019re interested! It\u2019s common for OB providers to offer a cervical check at this appointment, but remember that these exams cannot predict the future.
