This is better for <span class=\"pronoun-baby\" data-pronoun=\"baby\">Baby<\/span>, and could help relieve the discomfort of some symptoms.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Find your Fortress of Solitude<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Whether you turn your phone off, lock the door, tell your partner to leave you alone for the next hour and a half under the threat of exile, or all of the above (recommended), make sure that you go as undisturbed as possible during naptime.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Keep it short<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Believe it or not, you&#8217;ll get the best rest possible if you keep your nap to 20-30 minutes, so as to avoid falling into REM sleep.
