Migraines are very intense, and&nbsp;usually affect only one side of the head.<\/p>\n<h2>What causes migraines?<\/h2>\n<p>A number of things can cause them. You could be genetically predisposed to them, which means you get them more often than the average person. Lack of sleep, quitting coffee, and dehydration can also cause migraines.<\/p>\n<h3>Tips?<\/h3>\n<p>Acetaminophen can bring some relief from migraines, as can proper rest and hydration. Applying heat to the front of the head, or ice to the back, could help you manage the pain as well.
