Over 80% of women experience some sleeping difficulty over the course of their pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What causes it?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There are multiple factors that contribute to sleep insomnia. Between the increased need to pee, the inability to find a comfortable position to sleep in, and the general anxiety that comes with carrying <span class=\"pronoun-baby\" data-pronoun=\"baby\">Baby<\/span> in your womb, it\u2019s no wonder that so many women have trouble sleeping while they are pregnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you tend to work out or eat shortly before going to sleep, try spacing out these activities a bit and see what happens. If your big problem is comfort while you sleep, try using a body pillow that will conform to support you regardless of the position you end up in.
