Your eyes depend on tears for moisturizing, and without an ample amount of fluid, they can become red and aggravated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You may want to avoid contact lenses if you start to experience bloodshot eyes, as they could further exacerbate your irritation.
